All content, including the Matrix System, Research Frameworks, Matrix Prompts, the Matrix Method, branding, typography, and design, is the intellectual property of The Betting Matrix and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the materials to operate a competing pick-selling, tipster, or wagering service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Betting Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or losses resulting from your wagering decisions.
